Jennifer Nicoloro-SantaBarbara, PhD – Lab Director

Dr. Jennifer Nicoloro-SantaBarbara is a health psychologist who received her PhD in social and health psychology from Stony Brook University. She went on to complete a NIMH T32 postdoctoral research fellowship in biobehavioral issues in mental and physical health at UCLA and sought additional training at the Mood and Psychosis Research Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is currently an Investigator in the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and an Instructor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Nicoloro-SantaBarbara is also an affiliated researcher at the Mastocytosis Center in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the current Harvard Medical School Kaplen Fellowship in Depression recipient.

In addition to her research, Dr. Nicoloro-SantaBarbara enjoys spending time with her family including her two golden retrievers at the beach.
